Online sessions are exactly like training in-person, but you don't have to commute! Sessions take place via FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, or Skype.
From the convenience of their own space, clients begin the session with a 15 to 30 minute warm up depending on their current level of fitness and mobility.
After the warmup, Jose will lead the client through a 10-25 minute workout that combines strength and conditioning with any needed corrective exercises.
The session ends with a 10 minute stretching session that Jose has designed for the client.
Our focus is to develop a strong core and proper biomechanics as that's our foundation.
Each client is provided to daily access to Jose's personal cell number and is encouraged to discuss their areas, needs and challenges that arise throughout the week.
The workout is tailored to do one of three combinations, burn fat, build muscle, build strength or all three. Jose will demonstrate stretches that the client should do after the session ends.
Online training is not only as effective and challenging as in-person sessions, but it drastically saves time by eliminating commuting and preparations.
