In Studio Or Online sessions are both live in real time, but you don't have to commute with Online! Live Online Sessions take place via FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, or Zoom.
On your own, clients begin the session with a 15 to 30 minute (as predetermined by Jose) warm up depending on their current level of fitness and mobility.
After the warmup, Jose will lead the client through a 20-25 minute workout that combines strength and conditioning with any needed corrective exercises.
Clients will follow a self-directed 10-15 minute stretching session designed by Jose.
The focus is to develop a strong core and proper biomechanics as that's our foundation.
Each client is provided to daily access to Jose's personal cell number and messenger via the app and is encouraged to discuss their areas, needs and challenges that arise throughout the week.
The workout is tailored to do one of three combinations, burn fat, build muscle, build strength or all three. Jose will demonstrate stretches that the client should do after the session ends.
Online training is not only as effective and challenging as in-person sessions, but it drastically saves time by eliminating commuting and preparations. (Scroll down for prices)
