In Studio

On Day One: Jose will perform an initial assessment to determine your current level of fitness and mobility through various primal movements and tests.

  • Take body composition to determine lean mass to fat ratio
  • Assessment of core strength and stability
  • Assessment of biomechanics health and mobility

Clients begin the in studio session with a 15 to 30 minute warm up depending on their current level of fitness and mobility. 

After the warmup, Jose will lead the client through a 10-25 minute workout that combines strength and conditioning with any needed corrective exercises.

The session ends with a 10 minute stretching session that Jose has designed for the client.

Our focus is to develop a strong core and proper biomechanics as that's our foundation.

Each client is provided to daily access to Jose's personal cell number and is encouraged to discuss their areas, needs and challenges that arise throughout the week.

The workout is tailored to do one of three combinations, burn fat, build muscle, build strength or all three. Jose will demonstrate stretches that the client should do after the session ends.

 

Online

Online sessions are exactly like training in-person, but you don't have to commute! Sessions take place via FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, or Skype.

Online training is not only as effective and challenging as in-person sessions, but it drastically saves time by eliminating commuting and preparations.

*Each week includes a minimum of two private sessions and online coaching for homework AND meal plans.

Online Training Sessions

$200 per month (billed quarterly and upfront - $600 every 3 months)

Online Training Sessions happen through an app. You'll receive totally customized daily routines, as well as customized weekly meal plans (including recipes and shopping lists). You'll also receive two phone calls per month with Jose to discuss strategy and any challenges.

Take Out The Guess Work.

 Utilizing the clients body composition, desired outcome and current lifestyle, Jose uses evidence based research to determine the client's minimum macronutrients (macros) needed to meet their desired goal.

After macros have been determined, they are assisted inputting together a weekly meal plan utilizing whole foods and supplements only when supplements are recommended for them to meet their dietary needs.  Each client is the reassessed two weeks later to determine the effectiveness of the meal planning and make any fine tuning that may be needed to improve or make it more manageable for the client.

[Nutritional planning is included in all packages and online but can be purchased separately. Price is based on needs assessment.]
